New Chrome and Chromium blockers have in some cases been powerless when working with YouTube and some other services. The advert didn't go anywhere than the surprise of the uBlock extension users and their analogs.

The reason for this problem was found. A change was made in the Chrome some time ago, presuming security-related, but indirectly affecting and blockers. If the user has a YouTube application (the Hosted App, i.e. the label), the browser thinks he's not working with the site, but with the annex. And all the application transcripts and the extended ones are closed from other extensions, i.e. the lockers cannot do anything about it.
